  • Course open for walking from 2pm Sat 25th October
  • Medical Cover / Caterers / Photographers / Saddlers In Attendance
  • Veterinary Surgeon on call
  • Cross Country: There will be a timed section which will be clearly marked.
  • Please report to the appropriate collecting ring 10 minutes prior to your time and register with the steward

Terms and Conditions

  • Skull caps/riding hats must be to the current standard and worn at all times whilst mounted.
  • Body protectors must be worn during the cross country.
  • Medical armbands must be worn for both phases.  Please do not wear a friend's as false information could be fatal.
  • Please remove all earrings and remove or overtape body piercing.
  • Collecting rings: Please use with care and jump fences as flagged only.
  • Please keep dogs on short leads to avoid accidents.
  • Health and Safety: All reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of of everyone present have been taken by the Organisers. To help avoid accidents please respond to any request by an official or steward. Please be aware of equines, dogs, children and spectators around you at all times.
  • If you are asked to leave the course please do so at a walk.
  • Collecting ring/Practice area - please use with care and jump fences strictly red flag to right, white flag to left.
  • The judges decision, in consultation with the Organiser, is final. Objections must be lodged with the Secretary together with £20, within 30 minutes of the incident.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to alter any part of the programme as weather or any other condition requires.
  • The Competition is run under PC Horse Trials rules.
  • No horse or pony may compete in more than 2 classes.
