Leonard Goerens Workshops

International Event Rider, Leonard Goerens will be running
workshops at Deer Park in 2009.

An exciting course for novices and more experienced riders and horses.

Set in the beautiful and undulating countryside at Deer Park, Brockhampton we have produced a mini Badminton style cross country course utilising the expertise of internationally renowned designers and builders the Willis Brothers.

The course covers one and a half miles, with 23 fences which have 2 options, one level at 2' 6"-3', the other at 2'-2'6" to cater for different levels of rider. A full junior course has also been constructed.

The course includes water jumps, combination fences, coffin, hay cart, Owl Hole, and Sunken Road jumps which, along with the natural terrain makes for a varied and interesting course.

The course is designed for Pony Clubs, Riding Clubs, local groups and individuals to hire for their own training sessions and is open all year round.
